Cups of tea. The ritual of making a cup of tea, the moments sitting down to relax for 5 minutes or so, it's one of the simplest but most rewarding aspects of life.
Every emotion I have in life, a cup of tea always saves the day for me. If I'm happy, we can celebrate with one, if I'm sad it can cheer me right up. To have that warm little brew in a cup means a lot to me, so much I even have a fear of badly made cups of tea, Tepidophobia! Fears aside I am exceptionally fussy on how the tea is made. After all this is something I take great pride and joy from, so I like it to be done...

If you cast your minds back to the end of July this year you might remember that crazy heatwave we had here in Europe. The weather was stunning and I was lucky enough to experience all that sunshine in a truly breathtaking setting in France at the Chateau Challain thanks to a shoot for Belle Bridal Magazine. Now that END. have published their blog I too can share with you one of my latest projects working with them for the exciting launch of the New Balance ML850YSC sneakers.
Working on this shoot I wanted to create a neutral but dewy look that still showed off the fantastic bone structure of the models face. Keeping it fresh faced and natural looking allowed for a for the focus of the shoot to remain on the sneakers chunky retro style whilst still bringing a polished edge to the entire look that was pulled together by myself and the styling team.

Last week that crazy heat wave we were having struck during a major photoshoot I was working on with Belle Bridal Magazine. Working on set on the hottest day of the year was certainly challenging but getting to see the location in all its glory in the sunshine, the gorgeous lavender sunsets and the incredible work the team pulled together made it all worth it.
