Bring on a new style for 2019

2019 has started and we are already now in the 3rd week of January already, I’ve been busy getting stuck into a new year of exciting and creative work. My latest and first piece I wanted to share with you this year is my work on some looks with award winning hairdresser Marcus King of King and I.

To create the looks for these images I wanted to keep the focus on a very natural appearance as it was all about hair that Marcus has created for this photoshoot. One of the images for example I wanted to really showcase the models natural freckles and have caught some behind the scenes showcasing me using a pencil by Liz Earle for this.  But first here are the gorgeous final images of some edgy new hair styles to start the new year with.

I love seeing the work in progress with the photographer and models behind the scenes and wanted to share with you those moments of with some pictures and some clips of how I like to do make-up. Below are videos for you to see my techniques that I used for creating additional freckles and for a highly blended eye shadow look. For the freckles I am using a Liz Earle kohl pencil in a gentle dotting motion and dabbing afterwards to mimic the natural look.

Disclaimer
I cant guarantee that all of the make-up and skincare products I recommend will suit you. I only use products I personally think are good having tried them on myself and my clients but everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything. Wherever possible, test products out on yourself before purchasing.
