It’s a bit of a diversion from the usual make-up and skincare chat today but I wanted share with you my dear friend Kate Chaytor Norris and her wonderful new book I Wish My Doctor Had Told Me This. In my line of work it may be a lot to do with artistic expression and creativity, but it’s also about making people feel their best and most authentic selves. This book is just another path of that same notion, all be it a more literal one – about feeling good within our health. After personal experience on working with Kate to improve my own health and lifestyle, I couldn’t be happier to share her work here today and recommend you take a look at this book.
As Kate aptly puts as a subtitle – there is absolutely more to our healing than medication. Whilst medication is an important part of many peoples lives, another valuable tool is to look at what we put into our bodies, what we do with them and what we surround them with. In a time where health has been at the forefront of all of our minds, perhaps it’s now we look to the opportunity to reflect on what parts of our health we can take into our own hands to show our minds and our bodies the love they deserve. Take a sit down with Kate’s book to reconnect with yourself, nurture yourself and gain many of the tools you need to bring healing into your life. Her wealth of knowledge and experience in these pages have never made it easier to learn how to listen and respond to what your body needs from you.
You can find out more about Kate here on her website or in this snippet of the press release for the book launch back in May just below!
