I was connected to create the bridal makeup for Camilla & Charles' wedding by Emma Jordan Weddings as the couple flew in from state side to share their beautiful wedding with family and friends in one of Scotland's most incredible locations, Schloss Roxburghe. It was such a joy to be included in this transatlantic celebration and create Camilla's glowing skin style!
Creating my signature perfected skin base for Camilla meant utilising the most important methods for that no-makeup makeup feel, really good skincare. The Dewy Skin Cream by Tatcha was the star of the show for this bride, creating...
My summer as a wedding makeup artist was well and truly kicked off with a burst of unbeatable joy thanks to Leeds based pair Sally & Oli. Flicking through these images now, you can really feel the couples' contagious, charismatic energy. The perfect start to the season ahead!
Creating Sally's bridal look really was such a pleasure, I know that's one of those things we all say about a lot of our clients but this was more than that. Full of such a radiant, bubbly energy, I couldn't wait to match her personality with an effortless, glowing wedding day makeup style.
We had chatted in the trial...
Back when the summer weather was struggling to show it's face, I was busy working at Lemmington Hall trying my best to manifest all of the glowing sunny vibes on location with Ruby & Oscar with this floral inspired ethereal makeup style. As a luxury bridal makeup artist I couldn't help thinking of all the summer weddings lined up, I'm glad to see the forecast is looking brighter finally!
I love working on these Roxoa group campaigns and collaborating with their super talented pool of artists, the creative humans I get to meet always leave me feeling refreshed and inspired for my bridal style...
This week spring finally sprung! What felt like a long wet winter is finally passing and to celebrate on the Untitled No 1 Newsletter we were sharing the latest editorial with Sunday Girl Magazine alongside our usually seasonal tips. Today I wanted to share a closer look at the editorial because its just got the perfect joyful spring vibes!
A modern take on the classic Monday Child poem, each model was represented each day of the week for the poem, can you guess who is which?
Monday's girl is fair of face,
Tuesday's girl is full of grace,
Wednesday's girl is full of woe,
Thursday's...
Have you noticed how humid it's been feeling lately? The summers here in the UK seem to be getting hotter every year, and I've been doing my research on exactly what's needed to keep you looking and feeling fresh all season long.
British summertime is notrious for its heat being unlike others, the moisture in our air can really feel clammy and oppressive, a recipe for disaster for those of us wearing makeup. I've been spending decades refining my kit to make sure clients don't feel these effects, and this year I've been extra lucky travelling to work in even hotter climates and really putting...
The Hepburn vibes are back! This time it's for QP Jewellers and their amazing summer campaign, ready to showcase 2023's delicate gemstone pieces that bring a summery elegance to any look. You could say I'm on a bit of a roll with my Audrey inspiration right now after my work for the Belle Bridal Issue 26 cover, she truly honed and defined the perfect classy makeup look that had the perfect little touch of attitude. That's why of course this look had to keep the pop of drama in the cat eye eyliner flick, using Stila's Stay All Day Eyeliner for that sharp definition.
Taking a slightly different...
Having worked with Belle Bridal for many years now, it was so wonderful to be part of this celebration with them as they release Issue 26, a 250+ page special commemorating 25 years of serving up epic wedding inspiration. Featuring their biggest ever bridal beauty edit, these editorial shoots are arguably some of their most beautiful to date.
The brief for this shoot was an absolute dream for me, ticking all the boxes what I love to do most. Glowing editorial skin, with those three words I immediately pictured the look and what I'd need from my kit to bring the magic to life. The main emphasis...

Another season means another Ruby & Oscar campaign, releasing the latest of their fine gemstone jewellery adorned with a mixture of natural and lab grown gemstones set in precious metals in a plethora of striking designs.
This spring collection was all about a pop of colour for the brand, which I think they've nailed with shades of delicious greens in the emerald collection and luxurious purple hues sparkling within the amethysts.
It was really fun to take this spring time inspiration with the team at Ruby & Oscar and translate it into makeup. I was feeling...
Valentines may have come and gone but love is still in the air, awkward love! Shot for Awkward Mag this issue celebrates the whole spectrum of what it means to love. Take it from the editor herself Liz Sheppard:
"Painful. Emotional. Ignore it. Hate it. Stay in. Embrace it. Love it. Cringe-worthy? Expensive flowers. The pressure. Our emotional story for this special edition encompasses all those thoughts. In the words of Poison's 1988 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn' (Just like every cowboy sings his sad, sad song)."
