Whilst keeping inspired looking back on last years weddings and reminding myself of the beautiful days to come again, photographer Jo Bradbury was kind enough to share with me some of the beautiful shots she took from Faye and Adam's big day in 2019.
If you're looking for some serious floral envy and inspiration you're in for a treat with this one. With cottage garden blooms adorning every chair, stairway, door and tabletop as well as the gorgeous hair pieces and bouquets you will get your botanical fix from this wedding. The arrangements all by Picked At Dawn perfectly complimented the natural...
In a sea of bright and fanciful wedding photography that is gorgeous in its own right, Nigel John brings to life a different energy in his images. Having worked with him in 2019 twice for the weddings of two gorgeous brides I got the opportunity to see him work his magic and the mesmerising images that were produced after the fact. There is such a deep and earthy feel to what he captures that really feels as if you are in a poignant moment with his subjects when you're viewing them. Just a quick scroll through his Instagram is enough to make you instantly fall in love with his work. There were...
Here's a look inside the latest Belle Bridal Magazine for a modern monochromatic editorial to showcase Danish Label Lilly Bridal. Studio for the day was The Secret Tower, a historic gate tower built between 1265 & 1307 as part of Newcastle's city wall which now serves as a super stylish wedding venue.
Take a peek below to see a few close ups of the contemporary make-up I created for this brief.
For this Look I used:
Foundation & Concealer - Veil Cover Cream

2019 has started and we are already now in the 3rd week of January already, I've been busy getting stuck into a new year of exciting and creative work. My latest and first piece I wanted to share with you this year is my work on some looks with award winning hairdresser Marcus King of King and I.
To create the looks for these images I wanted to keep the focus on a very natural appearance as it was all about hair that Marcus has created for this photoshoot. One of the images for example I wanted to really showcase the models natural freckles and have caught some behind the scenes showcasing me using...
It's Christmas Eve and 2018 is soon coming to a close so I wanted to share with you a set of gorgeous images from one of my last bits of work this year.
However first I wanted to take a moment to reflect on how grateful I am for the work I have had the opportunity to be part of in the last 12 months. To have graced the pages of beautiful magazines such as Jules B, Belle Bridal, La Di Da and Unveiled. To have participated in workshops talks, demos in the UK sharing and doing work to support the wonderful charity the Teenage Cancer Trust. I have been so lucky to travel working fashion shows...
It's December and we're all thinking about christmas and all things winter. I thought my work for this shoot with Rock N Rose was perfect to share with you especially for this time of year. These beautiful and festive star earrings are truly amazing, I may even have to get these earrings as a christmas gift to myself!

Autumn Winter months are upon us again now and our skin will be changing with the seasons with the drop of temperature and heating turned up. I wanted to re-share this blog post from last year of my top tips for combating winter redness on the skin.
Do you find you have the following problems with your skin during the cold months: red, red rosy cheeks, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis or just the common cold with the bright red nose?
Do you struggle to find a foundation and concealer that will cover your redness without looking too heavy or dry on the skin?
Veil Cover Cream is truly the beauty...
Last weekend I spent my time at Lartington Hall meeting brides. During this time one of the main requests I received from the brides is that they felt make-up needs to look flawless with delicate approach to colour.
I wanted to share with you some of the images of a look I created with this approach in mind and the products I used.
In keeping with the delicate colours of the flowers, décor and the venue I wanted to keep a peachy hue with the makeup but add a black eyeliner for a hint of drama. For the eyeliner it was kept quite thick and heavy as opposed to the obvious winged cat flick eyeliner...

My influence has always been led by fashion whilst I work on the latest catwalk shows in London, Milan and Paris and look-books in New York.
When I arrived on the ‘Wild Thing’ photoshoot I was captivated by the flowers at Manor Garden. There was an abundance of colour, and I waited for the final flower bouquet to be created as I wanted to enhance the similar colour theme.
My style is always about creating perfect flawless skin, and I always prepare the skin with a face massage using Steam cream moisturiser. This acts as the perfect base before foundation ....
