Cheek Tint Scarlet

As a make-up artist and all around lover of cream textures on the skin I have been on the quest to find the perfect cream based shade of burgundy. On my hunt high and low to find something to replace my sadly discontinued favourite Bobbi Brown shade, I came across Jillian Dempsey.
