I loved the trip to the Scottish Borders to be part of Caroline & Shea's wedding. Held in the beautiful Chirnside/ Kelso area, this part of the country never fails to impress me and makes for an idyllic wedding day backdrop.
With the weather blessing the lovely couple with a warm glorious day the countryside setting truly came to life under the warm glow of the sun.

After rescheduling and rearranging multiple times throughout lockdown after lockdown, at last the 25th of July 2021 was the one that stuck for Laura and her husband. Delighted to finally get married Laura was such a joy to work with for her wedding morning and even more of a joy was to receive this message after from the lovely bride herself...
"Honestly Jo, you were amazing to have as our make-up artist. Our make-up stayed on all day, we looked as good as we did when you had just finished at 3am! None of us could believe someone could be so talented at that! Thank you so much!"

Over the easter weekend you might have been busy soaking up a bit of this spring sun we are getting here and there, or you might have noticed super fresh looking faces in the Daily Mail Femmail section.
