This year has most certainly been one hell of a rollercoaster ride and as individuals we have all had to deal with 2020 in our own personal ways.
For me during lockdown I have learnt family are undoubtedly the most important factor of life. I am so grateful my dear friend Danny Lowe came and took some snaps of us during this strange time to look back on and remember how much we came together. You can see more of his Lockdown Series on my blog! Anyway, this has been a huge personal revelation as a business woman who has had a real tendency to be a workaholic often spending long hours, days, weeks even where I am pouring myself into my job. Don’t get me wrong, that part of me I cherish for where it has gotten me today and the wonderful things I have accomplished. Yet I am now finding myself grateful for not only my health and safety during this pandemic but also how it forced me to slow down and evaluate what I want from life moving forward.
My business as a make-up artist is my ultimate passion and this last week of being able to finally return to work has been a whirlwind of joy and relief. I can’t wait to start booking in more work and truly getting back into it. However during this time in lockdown I’ve also been planning something super exciting and new I have come here to share with you. Soon I will be launching my second business Untitled No 1! I’m really excited about this and I think you’re going to be too. I’m in early stages of the innovation and design section which has got me fully intrigued and focused on all the places I can go with this new venture. For that reason I can’t really give away too much, don’t worry it’s still all about make-up and me using the culmination of my years of experience to bring something new and fresh to you all. Keep watching this space as there will most certainly be more information to follow from me and my new love, Untitled No 1.
