I arrived at Middleton Lodge to be taken to the calm inviting treatment rooms with subtle muted colours and a scented candle burning with a warm cosy blanket ready for my 75 minute facial. It's time to put your heavy foundations away for the summer months coming ahead. You may ask but what can you wear instead as you like to wear some coverage on the skin? I must admit myself I don’t wear foundation, I tend to prefer a light tinted moisturiser on my skin and use concealer as and where I need it. Over the year I have been really fortunate to get the chance to try some superb make-up products and skin care ranges that are available on the market. I have used Jurlique for the last year and I have written a few blogs on the range in the past due to my love of “roses”… did you know they can use up to 8000 hand picked roses from their farm in South Australia for some of their 100ml bottles. I spend mmmmm lets think most of my working days on my feet and they do feel tired and neglected when I come home. During time off from the business of make-up I practice Tai Chi and Pilates to help clear my mind and keep the body moving!
