Natalie's style and vision felt so clear as we finished our trial and I looked back down to my notes. Detailed descriptions of each feature left no stone unturned and I knew exactly all the perfect tools for the job to bring this beautiful look to life for her. When her wedding morning came around we got to work using the holy trifecta of skin prep products because it's the most important step for a successful look.
Waso Quick Matte Moisturizer left Natalie's skin hydrated but oil-free, a key step for those hot weather weddings. Ariane Poole's Pore Perfecting Face Primer to double down...
I loved the trip to the Scottish Borders to be part of Caroline & Shea's wedding. Held in the beautiful Chirnside/ Kelso area, this part of the country never fails to impress me and makes for an idyllic wedding day backdrop.
With the weather blessing the lovely couple with a warm glorious day the countryside setting truly came to life under the warm glow of the sun.
A private wedding took place on the family farm where I endeavoured to replicate the aforementioned glow from the sunshine in Caroline's bridal make-up. It was important to Caroline her look was in keeping with the outdoor location...

As I am sat writing this blog, Jade and her husband are soaking up their post wedding bliss whilst honeymooning in Italy. With italy in ming and reflecting on Jade's stunning wedding style I couldn't help but think this quote by Da Vinci summed up this first look at their wedding album so well.
I had met Jade many years ago at her best friends wedding so it was a huge compliment to me that she had seen my style of make-up and wanted it for her own wedding. She is all about...
I'm very specific when it comes to the skin base as you may know, it's what I am most known for in the make-up world and it takes a special product for me to consider using it as part of my perfected routines. I'm not a huge lover of layering lots of product onto the skin, so I can be very selective in what I'm using but as you will see in my video below I think Nanoblur has won me over to be worth adding in the kit!
As soon as I received the Nanoblur I knew I had to try it as soon as possible, it's become infamous since its use on HBO's Euphoria and all their awe inspiring...
As you must know by now a few years ago Soap Brow was born, the mini magic soap in the tin I love to rave on about here and on all my socials. Since then the founding company WBCo have gone from strength to strength as a brand launching several more amazing products. I wanted to share with you today one of their latest releases and what I use with it to create my own natural looking brow.
In addition to the Original and Tinted Soap Brows, they now also offer the Extra Strong Soap Brows. Launched in April I’ve been loving how this stronger edition is perfect for keeping my brows in place all day long...
I recently received a review from a very happy customer who was one of the first to buy brushes from my new range and it was exactly what I was hoping people would feel when I started Untitled No 1 with these brushes.
I loved what Harriet had to say about her Detailed Brush and thought it was the perfect way for people to get to know this brush so I'm going to share it with you here. For all the technical aspects she may mention the self care element is my favourite, because at the end of the day that's what is so important to me too!
"After receiving my Detailed Brush from Untitled No 1 I couldn't...
It's time to break the rules and carve out our own path to modern beauty. This week I'm sharing with you how, armed with my Untitled No 1 brushes, I am creating my own version of just that. Featuring in F Word Magazine, an eclectic platform practically overflowing with up and coming talent featuring people from fashion, art, music, lifestyle fields.
Feeling inspired by the colours of the sky, the flowers and the insects of Spring and Summer Equinox seasons resulted in this delicate beautiful make-up look. Captured in a clean and perfected manner by none other than Lee Scullion. Later stitched...
This week I'm sharing with you my work with END. to mark the 35th anniversary of the Air Max 1. They were celebrating in style with the 'La Ville-Lumière' release especially for the anniversary and had me on board to create a look for the shoot. They had asked for a soft matte skin base which was perfect play off the harsh urban environment and the energy of these effervescent pastel sneakers.
It was nice to mix things up after playing with a lot of glow and shine in my work lately, so I was excited I got to do a more neutral matte effect. I achieved this by prepping the skin with a delicate...
I might be biased, but this week I've got a shoot to share with you from the best bridal dream team the North East has to offer! I love working with these two on shoots and weddings, it's always such a relaxed vibe, good laugh and the end results are always exactly what I envisioned. I think the results here speak for themselves at both of their talents.
You might recognise the photography style from last weeks blog, as it's none other than Lee Scullion I'm talking about who also shot the wonderful Leaf for her wedding. The member of our creative trio is Gareth Lambert, who never fails...
Where do I begin with the wedding of Mr and Mrs Goddard? As I am writing this blog post and scheduling it to go out, it is exactly two years ago we were put into that first fateful lockdown and all weddings were postponed until further notice. It feels like so much longer now as we all start to catch up with our new normal and almost everyone who has faced a postponement has finally said their vows. The mad rush to fit every Bride in and the non-stop work I have been ever so grateful for to get back on my feet, it's been a whirlwind.
Amongst that whirlwind was the wonderful...
