Holiday season is now upon us and it is a rare opportunity for me to take some time off from the world of makeup.
I am currently on a mini trip to Florence for 3 days. We always have the dilemma of what products we should have in our hand luggage to keep our skin hydrated and looking amazing in the sunshine.
Here are my essential hand luggage items to take produced by Bioderma:

In February I got to work in New York City for Pratt Institute on their latest lookbook and a chance to work with some amazing creative in the industry.
I wanted to share with you and will share more in the future of how I create the looks which have been published in magazines, online or for campaigns and editorials.
On an evening a strong look is perfect and with the festival season of music and art looming why not embrace this look…..
I am a huge believer in preparing the skin before I apply any make-up on the skin and will spend a good time massaging the face before I apply the skinbase...
This is a must have for your handbag at all times. Small things come in small packages and the Ren Vita Mineral Lip Balm is one of them.
I have been using this Lip Balm for over two months on myself as well as my clients and models, both male and female. I can honestly say 99.9% have all said how wonderful
this product is from how it makes the lips feel to the texture.
Why I love REN Vita Mineral Lip Balm:
its soothes dry lips and perfect prep for applying lipstick
if you don’t want to wear lipstick as a colour this is perfect to enhance the lips
handy for travel and your...
We are at this time of year when the weather seasons have changed, we are exposing our skins to the sunshine and planning holidays abroad. We all love the feeling sunshine has on us from “feel good factor” to some health benefits of Vitamin D. We must, though, protect our skin from the damages that sunshine causes from minor issues to major skin cancer.
I have been trying the latest range from Bioderma who are leading brands in research into looking after your skin. Bioderma Photoderm Bronz SPF30 in a Dry Oil which is idea for sensitive fair skin. As a rule I find suntan products...
As the beauty columnist for La Di Da Magazine I am so excited to see when La Di Da Magazine is released on each issue. I quickly open the copy of the page of my beauty column (this issue it is page 15).
This issue it is about the strength of the red lipstick that truly never goes out of date and can be worn in any season throughout the year. This image was taken from an editorial shoot with Next Clothing for this issue and during the day I created this stunning look with lipstick by Pixi by Petra.

When Unveiled Magazine asked me to create the make-up for these latest images for the Issue 06 I was so excited. My inspiration for this look comes from working backstage on all the catwalk shows in London, Paris and Milan with a mixture of a “ethereal look” taken from the oil paintings who created this magical aspect to the skin. The make-up I used to create this “editorial look” was by Pat McGrath. The skin had this “editorial glow” especially on the cheekbones where it was truly captured by the camera.

I am so excited to see my latest work in NOCTIS MAGAZINE - " BETWEEN THE LINES"
In February I had the most amazing opportunity to create the make-up and work in NYC for Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. The team were all working on their latest look books with the up and coming designers from the university.
This look in NOCTIS Magazine is all about creating a futuristic aspect to the make-up to make the skin look like sheer cashmere silk and the drama being all about the dark lipstick.
Make-up used to create the look:
Skin moisturiser - Steamcream
