The Spring Equinox has arrived, a transitional time of new beginnings here in the Northern Hemisphere. For many, including me, this is the true new year.

Removing the pressure from January 1st when we should be free to focus on rest and regeneration, March 20th instead brings with it an ambitious energy that is truly ripe for personal rebirth and reinvention.

As the natural world around us bursts back to life, take each blossoming bud and note of bird song as your signal to shift out of your winter hibernation.

Slowly at first, each new day embracing the growing energy of the evening sun, until you are ready to step full throttle into the months ahead.

It is the Year of the Horse after all, and the zodiac calls for you to move boldly in pursuit of the life you want.
