This evening the Sun will cross the celestial equator, marking the start of Autumn for 2025. Whilst a dramatic shift in climate may have felt apparent all September long, today is when the true change happens and that means it’s time to set our intentions for the season ahead.

If Summer is a journey of discovery and development, Autumn is the time to harvest and take stock of all we’ve learnt. To close out my months of self discovery, I was so glad to have taken part in The Lonely CEO Retreat at Kip & Nook to prepare me for the equinox.
