The time for rest and reset has truly never felt more prevalent as we welcomed the Winter Solstice last Friday here in the Northern Hemisphere.

As the daylight hours reached an all time low, brighter days are now well and truly on their way. As opportunity awaits around the corner, I wanted to invited my readers to join my quarterly tradition over at my brand Untitled No1 where we mark the changing of seasons as time for reflection.
