A couple of weeks back I was lucky enough to receive a lovely package from the Peep Club that has really changed the game for me in terms of eye care. They weren’t a brand or product I was particularly familiar with before trying them out, so I wanted to make sure I spread the message far and wide so everyone knows about these little life savers. After all our eye area is one of the most delicate parts of our face, and if we want to keep them looking good with or without make-up we need to keep them hydrated!

It was almost as if the Peep Club knew I was suffering with my eyes, this couldn’t have arrived at a better time for me. Over the past year or so I have really begun to notice a change in my eyes, feeling much drier than normal and watering a lot more. They’re almost in pain by the end of the day no matter what I do and definitely feeling sore. Could this be more time staring at screens thanks to lockdown? Or perhaps more possibly a symptom of the menopause, most likely the latter!

This is all with out mentioning the sudden massive increase in work since the easing of restrictions, my eyes had become to used to focusing on screens and suddenly now its the finer details on models and brides faces. Whilst I am creating makeup looks on my clients I am really noticing that I seem to have stopped blinking whilst my concentration is razor sharp on the job, which isn’t great for my eyes at all.

The one that has really come to my rescue and been my saviour is Instant Relief Eye Spray, I’ve been using it daily to keep my eyes fresh and hydrated. Whether its whilst I’m working, resting or out having fun this spray is on me to keep my eyes the happiest they’ve been in a long time!

I love this spray because of the truly instant relief for dry eyes that you can feel the moment you spritz it over yourself, there’s no second guessing it’s on there because you can feel it get to work right away soothing and calming the eyelid area. This is so important to me because everyone knows I love wearing smoky eyeshadows, but without a healthy base to apply them to I am unable to wear a staple of my personal make-up looks.
