I am not sure if you have been watching on Wednesday at 9pm Channel 4 a fly on the wall documentary of the iconic Liberty of London .  #libertyoflondon

Since 2008 the famous Ed Burstell has taken over as Managing Director of Liberty and I am always excited to see how he pushes Liberty into this century but keeping what Liberty is famous for…”individuality “.

As a huge fan of the Liberty and every given chance I am in London I will go and visit.  I always start in the Jewellery Department and slowly work my way around each department to take in the whole magical experience from looking at paper, fashion, shoes, perfumery, homeware, lamps, florist, to even the smallest Liberty print buttons.    I am like a child in a sweet shop and spoilt with the whole experience.   Each department lights up with ideas, inspirations for the mind and the soul and it leaves me feeling like I am Alice walking into a wonderland of magic.  Needless to say I am hooked on the series and can I say who my favourite members of staff are????  Of course Ed Burstell, but I love the passion and sense of style of Omar Khan and Stelios Hawa alongside the vibrant Judy Rose.

The reason for this blog was to mention about the one of the “must have” items leading up to Christmas to purchase maybe for yourself or for a someone who loves anything to do with beauty and make-up.
