The National Wedding Show Earls Court 30 September to 2 October 2011.  Working with Celebrity International Make-up Artist Ariane Poole.

The selection of the images are to represent behind the scene at these shows.  The gorgeous models all wearing fabulous wedding dresses and of course wearing Ariane Poole make-up.

Early morning starts at 7.30am to meet the models backstage (8 models in total) to begin make-up.  The make-up used for the show was Ariane Poole Cosmetics and Celebrity International Make-up Artist Ariane Poole was also working backstage with us.  Over the three days the models had over 18 catwalks shows back to back over a period of 6 hours.  The catwalk shows lasted for over 30 minutes with over 5 changes of outfits over the course of the show.  Once the catwalk show were finished a 10 minute turnaround to start refreshing the make-up to begin the show all over again.

Ariane Poole also had a stand at Earl Court nearby the catwalk runway.  This enabled Ariane Poole and myself and another make-up artist to offer 15 minute bridal make-up advice and application with the chance to be able to buy the make-up there and then.  The best sellers items purchased were Ariane Poole Conceal and Contour Palette, Crystal Taupe Eyeshine Pen, Illuminator Pen in light and last but not least the Retexturizing Primer.

The three days for me was an excellent mix of working backstage with the models and also be able to meet future brides.  Plus i have also had some bridal make-up bookings from the show, one to be flown down to London next year.
