Behind The Scenes

Palais Namaskar is the epitome of a luxury hotel and an ideal destination for a location wedding. Nestled between the desert and mountaints of Palmeraie Marrakesh, this venue is breathtaking from morning to night, I could have wandered around for hours.

I kept this editorial super fresh with glowing skin and gentle highlighting of the models stunning features. I also did the hair, which I wanted to create a soft undone look with the hair by curling it and then letting it fall naturally. Here’s a closer look from the sidelines between and during shoots that I snapped.

REN are a regular here on my blog and in my work as an essential in taking care of the skin pre and post make-up to ensure it is the perfect base to create flawless looking skin. The Phyto range from Sisley was exactly what I needed, the Phyto-Touche Illusion d’Été is really light and soft wearing but easy to apply in a single swipe across the skin. This helped naturally illuminate Jolie’s skin giving it a smooth soft and sun kissed look.
