Whilst working abroad, Myself, Sarah and Milena were all staying at the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort. After getting our bearings of the hotel and the grounds, we came across the stray cats strutting their tails with a promise of some food.  The stray cats on the hotel grounds are all cared for, well fed and nourished and the best looking strays I have seen in a while.  One feline friend caught our eye as he was exceptionally friendly, however had a deformed leg in which his paw hadn’t developed properly which meant he had no pads on his feet with what looked like an open wound. The last few months have been a total whirlwind, travelling abroad from location to location for work, I've been feeling an equal mix of both gratitude and exhaustion. Today however was a total change of pace, to spend my morning at The Forest Spa at Middleton Lodge estate. The spa had an immediate calming effect the moment I entered, greeted on arrival with a welcome smoothie I was gently guided to enjoy the life of flip flops and robes for the next few hours. Hot off the plane from Ethiopia, I arrived in Newcastle for what I'm dubbing as the wedding of the year so far!
