In a sea of bright and fanciful wedding photography that is gorgeous in its own right, Nigel John brings to life a different energy in his images. Having worked with him in 2019 twice for the weddings of two gorgeous brides I got the opportunity to see him work his magic and the mesmerising images that were produced after the fact. There is such a deep and earthy feel to what he captures that really feels as if you are in a poignant moment with his subjects when you’re viewing them. Just a quick scroll through his Instagram is enough to make you instantly fall in love with his work. There were so many beautiful and atmospheric images in the galleries Nigel created for the weddings, so I’ve selected a few of my favourites that showcase the make-up and a couple that we’re just too good not to share with you!
