My Fix For Perimenopausal Dry Eye Sydrome with Peep Club

Peep Club was launched in 2020 with the approach that we need to care for our eyes better. A modern take on eye care, their Instant Relief Eye Spray is especially considered due to all the technology and screens many of us spend our days gazing into now. It’s no secret why this little bottle of goodness won awards from the Beauty Bible this year. Since trying it out last June it quickly became part of my daily routine, but it slipped out of habit for a bit. After picking it back up again it’s almost a year later and now I’d class it as one of my must have products I carry in my own make-up bag everywhere!

 

Throughout this last year I have really noticed the change in my eyes. Checking in with my optometrists we had a discussion about perimenopause which can affect every woman in such a variety of unusual ways, dry eyes being one. This was one of my strangest symptoms I’ve been experiencing through this phase in my life, my dry eyes have made my actual eyeballs feel so extremely sore and tired. It’s been so bad I’ve once woke up with the sensation my eyelid was stuck down to my eye from being so dehydrated, ouch!

 

I then remembered the Instant Relief Eye Spray… I dug around in my shelves and checked the expiry, still in date!! At this point in my perimenopausal symptoms I was sceptical of anything helping, especially since the dryness felt so internal to my eyes now too. However I held on hope, thought about how much I loved it when I first got it, and spritzed it onto my lids. They’re really not kidding when they say ‘Instant Relief’ because since that moment I haven’t put the bottle back away. It’s back again in my daily routine for over a month and it now comes everywhere with me, you won’t find me with out it because I can’t live without it!

 

Just like cleaning my teeth misting this little elixir over my eyes is every morning and evening and my eyes are so much better for it. Any product that can make the menopause and all its stages a little easier is deserving of all of the awards. It’s a little wonder gem that I’d recommend to anyone experiencing eye dryness, menopausal or not. It can take a moment to get used to the sensation of spraying it onto your lids, I know it did for me. Once you do though you will feel the soothing effects hydrating from your lids inwards to the rest of your eyes and you wont regret it.
