Skin feeling tired? Meet Faace.

A well timed package…

Just before heading off for a month of fashion shows I was delighted to receive a parcel in the post with some new goodies for me to test on my travels. Inside the fully recyclable box were three the simple but exciting looking tubes labelled Tired, Sweaty and Period. These are the brand new face masks from Faace, a brand here to cut through the noise of complicated skincare, change the game and do some social good while they’re at it. There’s an instant aesthetic appeal to their packaging and branding, paired with the cutest of hair grips included in the package they we’re already making a good impression.

During the month I had the absolute honour to work backstage on Erdem, Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger, Valentino, Elie Saab and Miu Miu… The list goes on, it’s been a wonderfully hectic time! With 18 shows all in all along with a photo shoot thrown in for good measure, my stamina and ability to keep working has been fully put to the test but my skins appearance perhaps hasn’t fared so well.

Looking somewhat haggard and tired, I was so happy that I had my Tired Faace mask to come to the rescue! It was an absolute hit with not only me but the models who too were working tirelessly with me but loving having the opportunity to refresh their skin between all the make-up.

In Review

In a nutshell the product performs exactly how it says it does, taking tired and dull skin and giving it a new lease of life with some intense hydrating power. The no nonsense approach to the brand is a breath of fresh air in a market saturated with complex products. Meanwhile the environmentally friendly ethos and partnership with social enterprise Hey Girls mean you know you’re putting your money in good hands. If you haven’t heard of Hey Girls, they support women struggling to fund and buy sanitary products. Did you know in 2018 research showed that 1 in 10 school girls across the UK were affected by period poverty? With every mask you buy from Faace, you help tackle this issue as a pack of period products will be donated to those in need.

Catch the run down below from Faace themselves of what you can expect from my favourite right now of the three, Tired Faace. After saving mine and my models skin this past month I 100% highly recommend you try Faace out for yourselves!

Disclaimer!

I can not guarantee that all of the make-up and skincare products I recommend will suit you. I only use products I personally think are good having tried them on myself and my clients but everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything. Wherever possible, test products out on yourself before purchasing.
