11863256_841333555954556_3980849998140888950_nFreckles are known as a sign of “youth” and yes I am writing a blog about how to add more freckles to the skin.

On many photo shoots I create freckles around the top of the nose area and across the cheekbones to add fun aspect to a look.

This is so easy to do yourself and can add a lift to the skin and add some sunshine glow to the face.

The top tips are

  1. Don’t use the same colour of kohl pencil. I use two or three colours and add them throughout the face
  2. Start on the nose area and work out towards the cheekbones and you can also add the freckles to the forehead.
  3. Use a powder first on the skin before applying the freckles
  4. Don’t make the freckles marks symmetrical, otherwise, they will look odd on the face
  5. Have fun

Make-up used to create this look

  • Ariane Poole Mineral Tint Foundation
  • Liz Earle Khol pencils in Dark Brown, Golden Bronze
  • Lipstick Queen
