This Monday I’m taking a break from my regular blog content to commemorate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. As she is laid to rest today after over 70 years of service I feel it is important to take time to pay tribute.

Coming from a military family many of my loved ones served the Queen, I’ll never forget when my own Dad was awarded his MBE, a memory I shall cherish today as I reflect.

My thoughts and condolences are with the Royal Family and all those around the world who mourn today.
